Brisbane City Council (BCC) recently enabled residents to report problems using their mobile phone cameras.
Whether it's a damanged street sign, broken street light or a pothole in the road, all you need to do, is send an image with a description of the problem, place ans suburb, and council will immediately initiate a service request to have it fixed. Council will also let you know when the issue has been resolved.
Council is particularly interested in hearing about problems relating to rubbish and graffiti as well as park, road, footpath and stormwater drain maintenance.
Send your pix-o-gram to 0429 2 FIX IT (0429 234 948) or for more information, visit www.brisbane.qld.gov.au/fixogram
Mobile phones without cameras can also be used to SMS details to the same number.
Yours in property
