A solar hot water or heat pump system are the most efficient on the market. These systems are extremely efficient in heating water and cost a fraction of a standard electric heater to run. Some New South Wales and Victorian Councils have banned standard electric water heaters as they are exceedingly inefficient and cost significantly more to operate.

Place the hot water system as close to its usage points as possible – it will save money in piping installation and water being wasted, up to 12 000L per year, while you wait for the hot water to come through.
