The Property Development Myth

When you mention the term "Property Development", most people visualise a vacant block of land being converted into an apartment block, shopping centre or cluster of townhouses. That is, they associate the term "Property Development" with the end-to-end process.

In reality, money can be made from a variety of activities. It starts by identifying a property with potential (we can help there).
