Time's running out for First Home Owners!!!
80 days remaining before the "Boost" component of the First Home Owners Grant (FHOG) expires on 30/06/09. Given the time taken to get finance pre-approval, search, negotiate and secure a property, NOW is the time to act for all first home owners.
