One of our Partner Accountant firms is looking to employ a practice manager:

Practice Manager/Administrator

You will be working for an established and progressive southside (Brisbane) accounting firm that prides itself in providing excellent customer service and is rewarded by its loyal clients. You will be part of a close knit and a family-friendly environment where initiative and dedication is acknowledged and rewarded. This position would suit a confident, highly professional candidate that has extensive experience in practice/office management and duties will include:

Account receivable
Preparation of banking
General accounting, data entry & MYOB
Accounts payable
ASIC lodgments,
Collating and lodgment of tax returns,
BAS lodgment,
Client billing,
Office administration,
Client, ATO & ASIC liaison
Providing general support to the accountants and partners

The candidate should be seeking an administrative role in a professional firm where they can utilise their skills and gain an opportunity to develop their experience within the accounting professional environment.

Hours and remuneration commensurate with experience to be negotiated.
