First Home Owners - The News Gets Better!!

The benefits for home ownership are stacking up and the market is on the move.

The Property Market
Buyer activity is increasing in the Queensland market and we're starting to see signs of movement in the property market again. We are at the very foot of the mountain and commentators are saying it's a very good time to buy.

Finance
We are constantly scanning the market for good finance options. One finance providers is offering a honeymoon rate of 3.99% for the first year for first home owners. This rate reverts back to the standard variable rate at the end of the first year (currently 6.74%, but all signs are pointing to further rate reductions). Stamp Duty Threshold
The stamp duty free threshold was increased to $500,000, saving you big $$$$$.

Buyer's Agency fees
