After 12 ½ years in the Law Guy decided to get out whilst still sane and with a sense of humour. In 1997 he completed a Masters of Business at the University of Queensland and went on to work in various Senior and Executive roles in the business world.
Guy has been buying and selling property in Queensland since 1987 and has a passion for investing in property. In 2005 he decided to pursue his passion further and he started Morpheus Property with his good friend and colleague, Martyn Fleming.
Guy has strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills; High levels of energy, tenacity and a demonstrated ability to get a great deal done.
His mind's strengths allow him to think ahead of the game and to imagine or anticipate what should happen next in just about any situation. Equally skilled in numbers and words he can draw from multiple sources of information to come up with the best possible strategy.
